Itemized tax components applied on PO are not visible to approver

Hi,

I have created a PO and added multiple taxes on it using India localization. When this PO is sent for approval, the approver cannot see the itemized tax components. He can only see the total tax on the document. Additionally when i open the approved or incomplete PO and navigate Inquire->View Document, the tax component is not visible.

Is there any way to enable this feature? We have license only for Purchasing. There is no iProcurement.
