Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We are in the process of E-Commerce(Third Party) integration with oracle ERP version 12.1.3.

We are providing separate login to our customers in E-Commerce system (Unique ERP customer code will be used to login E-Commerce)

The customers will place the orders through E-Commerce and the same will be created as sales orders in oracle ERP through API.

Our requirement is we are using the advance pricing modifiers to provide promotional and substitution items to our customers.

This promotions and substitutions will be applicable only while customers directly buy the products from our shop.

If the same customer place the orders through E-Commerce this promotions should not be applicable.
