Hello,

I'm currently building a prototype configuration including Oracle Fusion Middleware 12.1.3 and 12.2.1 components (OER 12.1.3, SOA Suite 12.2.1, ...)

I installed Fusion Middleware Infrastructure 12.1.3 and OER 12.1.3 in a dedicated Oracle Home

I installed Fusion Middleware Infrastructure 12.2.1 and SOA Suite 12.2.1 in another Oracle Home

I installed patches required for OER but when I try to install patch 19721053 (Backport oer/oac jdev plugin integration to 12.1.3 from 12.1.4 pcbpel label), i get the following message

Verifying environment and performing prerequisite checks...

Prerequisite check "CheckApplicable" failed.

The details are:

Patch 19721053: Required component(s) missing : [ oracle.soacommon.plugins, 12.1.3.0.0 ] , [ oracle.soacommon.plugins, 12.1.3.0.0 ]
