Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Applicant Address Book Number vs employee

Hello,

When an applicant is hired, is it mandatory to take the applicant address book number to be for the employee?

Because we have a certain range for Employees 1000 - 5000 for example.

and the applicants are in different range, 10000-15000.

Can we transfer an applicant to an employee using a different address book code?
