Modify Mapping of Trouble Ticket Creation in RODOD

Hi Experts,

We have implemented RODOD in our solution and wanted to understand how to change/include new field in automatic Trouble Ticket creation from OSM via AIA, when there is failure in the order submission.

Currently, with OOTB configuration, the trouble tickets are getting created but desired fields are not populated as per business need.

I understand that SWITroubleTicketIO IO need to be modified, but am not sure how and where to do the field mapping as am not aware of the Data Maps and Services being used.
