Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Is any way to upgrade 5.6.3 to 10 or 11 BIP version inside EBS 12.1.3?

We have EBS 12.1.3 with BIP 5.6.3 inside.

We need native XLS support in BIP, which was included from 10.1.3.4.2 version.

Is any way to upgrade this version 5.6.3 to 10.1.3.4.2 or higher inside EBS 12.1.3 (we are not ready to migrate on OEBS 12.2) ?
