Cannot Update PO unit price after reciept has been returned
Hi Oracle Community -
We are on R12.1.3
We are unable to update a PO's unit price. The PO is not related to a BPA. We do not have encumbrance turned on.
The invoice has not been entered in the system so there is no invoice associated with the PO.
A receipt was processed for all lines on 02/19/2016. On 03/11 we issued a return for each of the lines.
Our Purchasing and Inventory Periods for FEB-16 have been closed. Could this be why we are unable update the PO unit cost?
If so, would opening the periods allow us to update the PO unit price? If not, what else could be causing this problem?
