PSI - Commitments are not reduced after actual costs are received

Hi,

After running PRC: Update / Refresh Project Summary Amounts, commitment amounts are not reduced for actual costs interfaced to projects (related to supplier invoices and receipts). We initially thought PO need to be finally closed before commitment amounts will be reduced. After searching metalink, i found patch 16344401 which takes care of this issue. We have just applied the patch in test instance. I have logged SR but also wanted to know from community if anyone has faced the issue and applied this patch.
