Dispatch Board Question

Does anybody know if it is possible to change the time labels in the Dispatch Board?  In other words, when in the Weekly time display, by default it shows 3M-6-2016, 3M-13-2016, etc.  My users would like it to display the actual week number instead, such as 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.  Is this configurable in the HI Client?
