Two Orders from the Same Quote (ASO)

I am seeing multiple occurrences of 2 orders from the same quote (but a different version).I was under the impression that it was not possible to modify the quote after it has been submitted to an Order but I see multiple instances of this.


Not sure how users are doing this but would like the experts to weigh in on what could be causing this. We are on 12.1.3 Order Capture (Forms)

I am also trying to find out from the users if they are inadvertently doing this and why the system is letting them do this.
