Hi,

Apps: R12.1.3

DB:    11.2.0.3

OS: OEL 5.7 64

Merged patches 16674834 , 19941321 , 18846634  and applied. I am getting many warnings like 

The description for the entity 'fnd' in the patch driver does not match with the current description.

There are many warning for different prod tops.
