Running ORAchk 12.1.0.2.6 using "Oracle Unix Account"

Running ORAchk 12.1.0.2.6 using "Oracle Unix Account"-  We are getting the below message.

There are traps in  /etc/profile on hostname which will cause issue in orachk successful execution. Please remove or comment all trap statements and run again

How do we resolve this issue? runing orachk from root user will resolve this issue or do we need to remove the trap?
