Logging into EBS without browser

Hi All,

Earlier when i used to develop the performance testing script for 11i version EBS using loadrunner,  the following link was used to login

http://testinstance:port_number/dev60cgi/f60cgi?play=&record=names


Just using it in browser will launch the form and then ask for the login. Im in need to similiar link for R12. I tried to modify it,but it is not working.Any help is appreciated
