Lot Cost Process error when product is yielded prior to ingredient issue

Dear All,

Production super user completed batch production prior to ingredient issue; when costing super user run the lot cost process; it generate following error:

ERROR: Cannot calculate cost of lot B6002 because material transaction 7146641 cannot be costed..

Root cause as we mentioned; it was completed in 1/2/2016 then one of it's ingredients transacted in 10/2/2016.

How to solve this issue?
