What is the mean and usage exactly of 'Incident Time' in SR Header?
We need to know exactly the mean and usage of the field 'incident time' in the SR header. The reason behind this to make sure of it is usage and/or effects on other parts in the module.
The main purpose of this that there will external integration that will export SR in Oracle and we need to know if we can use the incident time field to reflect the time the customer will log his SR.
