Oracle E-Business R12.0.6 on Linux RHEL 4 and Oracle DB 11g r2 on Linux RHEL 6.5 or 7

Hi,

We decided to upgrade DB from 10g to 11g on OS linux RHEL 6.4 or higher but we want to continue oracle e-business suite R12.0.6 running on Linux RHEL 4 since new servers does not support old OS version and R12.0.6 run maximum on OS version 5.x.

Please advice run we run application of older os version and db on new version, will we face any challenges, you urgent response is highly appreciated.
