What should be done if I need to change Entity ICP from "Y" to "N" ?

I Need to change Entity ICP setting from "Y" to "N" due to ownership changes. But when I deploy application it gives below error :

After I check, seems that it's caused by the changes of the ICP from "Y" to "N"
