Need help on Workflows - Start button is inactive and the owner name is also missing

Hi Experts,

Need you quick help. When I am logging into demantra workflow manager, I can't initiate any workflows as the START button is inactive.

Also the owner name is missing.

All this workflows are pertaining to data refresh and working well till recently.

Please refer the attached screenshot.

Any immediate help is highly appreciated as this is happening in production instance and we are not able to refresh the data.
