COBRA - Dependent Coming of Age - Limit Plan/Options

We are attempting to set up our COBRA administration system and are currently testing the Dependent Coming of Age report that generates Qualifying Event records.

We offer multiple COBRA eligible plans (1 Medical, 1 Dental, 1 Vision), and each plan has different age limits.

We have setup some data selection on versions the Dependent Coming of Age report (R089205) to limit it to just the plan we are interested in (medical, dental, or vision). When we run the Dependent Coming of Age report (R089205), a QE is generated with code DC (Dependent Child Status). This is working as expected; however, F08920 is populated with coverage options for ALL cobra eligible plans. We would like to only have coverage options for the plans for which the dependent is aging out.
