sysman tables in EM express?

Hello,

I am testing our applications that were created in Oracle 10g.  Some of the application processes use data stored in sysman tables.  Like the smtp server and email address in sysman.mgmt_notify_devices table.  We are currently only using EM Express.  Are there equivalent tables in Oracle 12c that I can reference for our application processes?
