setup a vacation to be used once in the employee lifitime
Dears,
i need to set up a vacation type that the employee can have it once a time in his employment period in the company so i created a pay type for this leave and then i created a deduction and i use the "inspection to date" in the source of calculation and this deduction has the pay type i created as a source of calculation. Then i submit a leave request for an employee and then after the payroll final update i tried to request a new leave for this type and the system accept the new request.
So can anyone help with the setup for how to do this ?
