Replenishment Lead Days

We are seeing situations where an item is generating a replenishmennt request 2 days in a row and aren't sure why.  We have checked open requisitions, PO's, etc. and can't find the cause.  In this case the Replenishment Lead Days are set for 49 days since the inventory bu is in Asia and there is a long lead time.  Can the replenishment lead days which we are manually entering effect when replenishment requisitions are generated?  Include Demand is checked, Replen lead days are 49.  Reorder Point is 8, Max is 20, we are using min/max.  On March 8 a requisition
