oracle user home directory is not same on node 1 and 3

I am runnning orachk version 12.1.0.2.6

I ran it with the following options "./orachk -u -o pre"

I got the error "'oracle' user home directory is no same on node 1 and node 3. Please make sure that 'oracle' user home directory is the same on all nodes in cluster and then re-run orachk."

Does anyone know what the tool is actually checking?
