Preserving Excel formatting in Planning forms.

Hello,

In release 11.1.2.4 an enhancement in cumulative features states "Planning You can preserve Microsoft Excel formatting in Planning forms." For this feature to work wouldn't Hyperion Planning have to be upgraded from 11.1.2.2.300.20 and the latest version of SmartView be installed? 

This feature was available in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System Release 11.1.2.3.500. Documentation states:

    • Enterprise Planning - Significant enhancements on Hyperion Planning, including
      • New Planning user experience optimized for Tablet devices.
        • Supports Apple and Android Tablets
        • Supports Mobile and Desktop browser environments
        • Full writeback and end-user functionality

      • Preserve Microsoft Excel formatting in planning form
      • Predictive Planning support for Planning ASO cubes
