How to disable the access to BI Publisher?

Hi,

Customer's requirement is as following:

-we need to disable the access for our employees to BI console.

-we have removed from Navigator -> Reports and Analytics (link) and there is no entry point to BI for an Employee

-but if you know the link to BI - without any problem you will get into BI console, see folders structures that is not acceptable for us.

I have asked customer to do the following customization in order to remove the access to Analytics/Answers,

( Login to https://<...>.com/oraclecloud.com/analytics/ -> Go to Administration -> Manage Privileges ->Home and Header tab ->Access Catalog UI or Access Home Page -> Add/Remove groups here for viewing/hiding catalog)
