Having issue with our outlinload.cmd to load data - Complete successfully but no Data update

Dear Planning Guru,

Currently we are in a process of upgrading from Planning 11.1.2.2.300 to 11.1.2.4

We are have issue with one of our ADP employee attribute file to load the data in our Planning. The batch load process completes successfully

but non of the data from our file get updated in Planning.

It seems this is an outlineload issue that is not connecting to planning at all. We are not sure as what option we have here and how we can further trouble shoot this issue.

We have opened a SR with Oracle support and so far no resolution. They have asked us to rollback to PSU .002 from PSU .003 that we were on
