how to use double quote to a column in etext outbound template

Hi Oracle Ocean,

This requirement is related to Payment instructions format program.

Having an issue that a column (Supplier Name) having value embedded with comma (,   Example supplier name: Karthik, Palani). As the payment instruction file is delimited by comma seperated, half of the column values move to next field like karthik in one field and Palani moves to next field. So I want to use double quote (") and send like "Karthik, Palani".

Pls Help on how to use double quote to a column in etext outbound template.
