After enable Local Administrator in OBIEE 12C, Restart BI server then i can not login

Dear all,

     After i install OBIEE 12C, i try to enable Local Administrator and then restart BI. I can login to em, weblogic console but i can not login to bipublisher xmlpserver.

Any suggestion should be very useful for me. In the bi_server.log shows:
