How to view rejected change order?

Hello,

We want to view a rejected change order.

We searched a project in the web forms, Control tab, Change Orders subtab, and we cannot see a recently rejected change order.  We see all the other change orders, and we have tried all the view options and the Advanced Search.  Is there a way we can view the rejected change order.  We have information that we need to modify and submit for approval again.
