OSM deployments are in NEW state in Production

Hi All,

Recently we are facing issue that suddenly all deployments are in NEW state but functionalities are working fine for some time, after some period it starts impacting and eventually server slowdown and restart required.

From the log it is observed Max message size is exceed as shown below.

Network team is also not able to find the source from where message size is sent which is causing issue. Please help me how to solve this issue, can we increase MaxMessageSize?

The current value is 20000000. Your immediate help is much appreciated.
