Assigning Dedicated resources to a concurrent manager

Hi ,

Can any one explain on how to  allocate resource/memory for a concurrent manager ?

Actually the issue is there are so many concurrent requests running in the standard manager which makes the system to hang/delay/long running even we are planned to go with custom manager but however I would like to understand that by assigning  dedicated resources to the concurrent managers will make the things easier.

Please any one suggest.?
