Is there any possibilities to make the following changes in ARM

Is there any possibilities to make the following changes in ARM, can someone advise me on this please


  1. If the difference between the Source System Balance and the subsystem balance is less than a certain amount (let’s say a £1 for example), can the remaining balance generate an automatic entry on the Adjustments tab so that the user doesn’t have to.
  2. Email alerts: Do we have any flexibility at all of changing the timings of these emails, or the type of email that users get sent? Is there a possibility of getting live alerts for example? I would like to know what are options are for this.
