Is it possible to add more than one column in any plan's "Compensation Summary-Direct Report" sectio

Hello,

My query is that in any plan in Compensation Workbench Home, i am unable to add more than one column in Compensation Summary-Direct Report section. Can anyone guide me in this regard??
