100% CPU utilization by Oracle.exe on Windows system.

Hi all,

In our environment, we have observed that there is abrupt usage of CPU to 100% by Oracle.exe and most of the CPU is used by SYSMAN schema. Also, perl.exe and java.exe starts taking CPU at the same time. When we try to stop the OracleDbConsole service, it fails. And in the end we need to reboot the server. This occurs randomly once in 2-3 months.

As a work around we followed Knowledge article "SYSMAN Job and Queries are Taking Up High CPU (DB Console) (Doc ID 1288301.1)".This is because we observed that below command was taking too much CPU. But later on we noticed in the article that this applies to 10g only and for 11gr2 more investigation is necessary.
