What is the usage of QREV in P3701 and P40318?

Hi everyone,

I need to use revision level of defined tests in P3701 and preferences in P40318 applications, however there is no revision level field in both applications.When i checked F3701 and F40318 i saw QREV, should i use this field to track revision level of test and preferences?
