Unable To Reserve Standard Purchase Order - Journal entry has failed budgetary control

Hi,

Our client has raised a Req which has been reserved and approved but the PO is in status "Rejected". The Buyer received the following notification "Unable to Reserve Purchase Order" with Reason Failure "This journal entry has failed budgetary control. Please review the journal entry lines for specific failure information.

I have tried to replicate in an testing environment but the Req and Po are both reserved and once the Req is approved the PO is auto-created successfully.

I have checked the budgetary control for Req and Po which is "Advisory" the override amount limit is 0. Upon checking funds for the distribution line this is set to 0 also. The profile option PO: Override Funds Reservation is not in use.
