Accessing CPQ from Siebel

Hi,

I am accessing CPQ url from Siebel using symbolic url on a control. The CPQ url is opening in a popup on clicking the control. Now I want to embed the CPQ credentials in the URL or pass them in the symbolic url arguments. The username and the password need to be passed as the arguments but for that I am not having server for SSO. So kindly suggest some alternative. Do we need to encode the password before mentioning it or we have some another way to pass the credentials?
