Separating transactions of a company on our database

Hi

We are in v. R12.1.3 , using Oracle Financials + Purchasing,Inventory and Order Management modules.

There are  2  separate companies(company A and setup on Oracle on our database,and there are transactions recorded since 10 years.

Management decided that company B  will merge with another company(company C) that  is also on Oracle V R12.1.3

Note that company C's database is separate one .

Management wishes that the company B continues processing transactions despite the company will now be on a different database .

I would like to know what you could propose , how we can proceed.
