EPM11.1.2.2 Date issue after time change

After the time change I noticed the creation dates in the V8_Container table are off by one hour.   We have a job which runs every 5 minutes and imports a document,

When I look at the dates in  the Container table they still reflect Central Standard Time,

when I look at the creation time in the Front end they are correct:

The server has been restarted but had no affect.

We've never had this issue until this time change event,

I know we are behind in updates but it is not possible to upgrade at this time

What can I do to resolve this???
