I am trying to understand how licensing works on Oracle Database Appliance X5 - 2. Can someone help with below scenarios:

Situation 1:

    License 2 Cores each for 3 Oracle Instance - Total 6 Core

    Want to purchase Diagnostic and Tuning pack for only one instance - Will I pay for 2 cores or all 6 cores?

Situation 2:

    License 2 Cores each for 3 Oracle Instance - Total 6 Core

    If I decomission one instance after a year - will I be pay renewal/maintenance for 6 cores or 4 cores?
