SmartView - Why the alias is truncated after the slash ("/") character? in Smart View

Hello,

My client uses Smartview v. 11.1.2.5.410 and occasionally uses the slash character ("/") in description.

They noticed that the description is truncated after the slash when entering the Code and Description in filter (or search) dropdown list in Excel for Planning application.

This is the case with the Department field:

Usually, the users type the department number and then press Enter to select the member. However, as the part of the description after the slash is missing, the system does not recognize the member. Accordingly, they need to select manually in the dropdown list of suggested members.

Did anybody see the similar issue? Any idea how to fix this?
