Gettin Error while installing the Patch

While installing the patch in our environment ,we are getting the following error.

Patch: p21973911_60_Generic

The steps are mentioned in the pdc :offline_mc_60ps3_install.pdf

After the running command :./runinstaller

we are getting the following error:
