change form language without closing it and reopen it

we use Arabic language on EBS while working on business and when we want to work with settings we need to change to English to complete, so it is so waste of time to close form and go to pref and change language and open form again, is there any way to change the form language while it is open like OAF pages, Home page? that would be very helpful.
