High CPU Consumption and memory consumption though Concurrent request is completed

Hi ,

As i checked with top command it shows as follows and when i select request_id,PHASE_CODE,STATUS_CODE from FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS where ORACLE_PROCESS_ID=2198;

This query shows request is completed as follows

select request_id,PHASE_CODE,STATUS_CODE from FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS where ORACLE_PROCESS_ID=2198;
