How to default One-time address on to Multiple Lines in 12.2.4

How to default One-time address on to Multiple Lines in 12.2.4

Currently i am working on 12.2.4 version and i dont see one time address hyperlink at header level to enable so that it will default to all the lines. Earlier in 12.1.3 version i have seen one-time address hyperlink available at Header level and  it was defaulting to all the lines. why this feature got removed in 12.2.4. Its too difficult to enable for each and every line suppose a requisition got 20 lines or 30 lines.

Is there a way to do it in 12.2.4 other than manually. In 12.2.4 at line level we need to enable personalization to have the one-time hyperlink. What about Header level.
