When attempting to transact controlled lot item user receives APP-INV-05443: Negative balances not

Subinventory Manager received the stock after purchase order using Receipts Form.

The PO Receipt transaction seems to be valid, with a lot number. The only thing that seems strange is the Transaction UOM that is different from the item's UOM.

The item's UOM is Each.  The Transaction UOM is different but it conversion is equal to 1 * Each.

User is not able to transact any stock from this lot (and not able to return the stock to the supplier).

Using the Subinventory Transfer Form to transact stock. When entering item, subinventory and locator - the available and onhand quantities are valid.
