HI ALL

My requirement  :-

1) We Store Attachment (Photo, Doc …etc. ) in fnd table In the Oracle Application.

Can the anonymous users  see The Store Attachment (Photo, Doc …etc. )

By sending URL link  To The user throw the internet.

2) Can Oracle Provide Security For It.

3) Can anonymous Users  who have the URL link open it or Only the Apps Users Can Open it.

What is the suggestion solution for it (Open the Attachment from Oracle Application By Using URL Link)
