Hi All,

The help required is in relation to a couple of new regulations that have been introduced by the EU Procurement Directive  2014/24/EU (transposed in England and Wales in the form of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015).

First Question:   Is Oracle looking at ways to support the new requirements for tendering that have been brought in by the new directive?

Second Question:    Has anyone in the Community been asked by their client as to the most efficient way to adhere to these regulations utilizing Oracle Sourcing?

European Standard Procurement Document (ESPD) - Regulation 59

The ESPD is intended to simplify the process of qualification for tendering by permitting businesses to self-declare that they meet the necessary regulatory criteria or commercial capability requirements.  Only the company that wins the contract will need to submit all the documentation proving that it qualifies for the contract. Currently this can be provided as an email attachment, shortly a web-based form will be available to suppliers (will be mandatory via web-based form April 2018).  In at least some situations this will replace an RFI, in others this will be part of an RFI (some clarification is still required regarding
