Moving WO to scrap

Hello,

we are on 12.2.3 and use Oracle WIP (discrete) and standard costing .When you move a WO to scrap(using the move transactions screen) , at what value does the accounting take place - is it at the std cost of the assembly or something else?For instance if the std cost of the assembly is say $10 and you scrap 1 qty of the WO , we are noticing that the scrap transaction is using  a different value  than $10 to generate the accounting.Is this expected?

In our example we issued no material or charged any resources to the WO and scrapped 1 qty of the WO in the last operation of the WO routing.When we checked the scrap accounting , it picked up the material , osp and mtaerial oh values from the std cost of the assembly but the resource and res oh are not from the std cost of the assembly - they are different.
