[HFM SmartView] Forms accessible over Workspace are not accessible over SmartView

Hi,

We have noticed a strange issue where few HFM forms when accessed through Workspace works fine. However when the same forms are accessed via Smart View throws an error - "Unknown Error in HFMProviderData at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1." This happened even to an admin user. We are having HFM at 11.1.2.3.500 and Smart View is at 11.1.2.5.000. We haven't faced this issue before. Would like to seek advise from the veterans who may have encountered this issue before and have valuable insights on this strange behavior.
